THIS ACTION came before the Court upon Plaintiff's Verified Motion for Default
Judgment on the Complaint for Eviction and Damages, and on the parties Stipulation for
Settlement dated June 22, 2018. This Court having reviewed the pleadings and the evidence
presented, it is
ADJUDGED:
1 Plaintiff, Kingdom Capital Investments, LLC, whose principal address is 5520 NW
194" Circle Terrace, Miami Gardens, FL 33055, recover from Defendant, Dina Diaz,
whose principal address is 6245 W. 12 Ave. Hialeah, FL 33012, the sum of
$16,200.00 with costs in the sum of $486.00, reasonable attorney’s fees in the sum of
$3,170.00,making a total of $19,856.00, that shall bear interest at the rate of 5.53% a
year FOR WHICH LET EXECUTION NOW ISSUE.
That a final judgment be and the same is hereby entered in favor of Plaintiff,
Kingdom Capital Investments, LLC., and against the Defendant, Dina Diaz, and any
and all present occupants, and all other persons claiming by, through, under or against
them, et.al., for possession of the premises located at and known as 6245 W. 12 Ave.,
Hialeah, FL 33012 for which let Writ of Possession be issued forthwith.

3. That the Clerk of Court is hereby Ordered to disburse the money being held in the
Court Registry for this case, 2018-010301 CA 01 ($3,600.00) to Kingdom Capital
Investments, LLC, 5520 NW 194" Circle Terrace, Miami Gardens, FL 33055.
The the Clerk of Court for the County Court case 2017-2573 CC 21, is hereby
Ordered to disburse the money being held in the Court Registry for this case
($10,800.00) to Kingdom Capital Investments, LLC, 5520 NW 194" Circle Terrace,
Miami Gardens, FL 33055.
This Court reserves jurisdiction to modify this Judgment to add for any damages to
the Plaintiffs real property by Defendant.
