this Motion for Extension of Time to Respond to Plaintiff's Complaint, and as grounds states as
follows:
1. The undersigned counsel have just been assigned representation of this matter,
and require an extension for the purposes of conferring with their client in order to
prepare an appropriate response to Plaintiff's Complaint.
2. This motion is not being filed for the purpose of delay.
3. The requested extension will not result in prejudice to Plaintiff.
