                           THIS   MATTER       came   before  the  Court   on Plaintiffs’  Motion    to Amend    by  Interlineation   a

                  Complaint to correct a scrivener’s error in the name of a Defendant from “Pedro LOPEZ” to “PEDRO

                  GARCIA”.      The Court, having been advised that the parties are in agreement to the entry of this order,

                  and being otherwise fully advised in the premises, it is


                           ORDERED AND ADJUDGED that the motion is hereby GRANTED.


                      1. The name of the Defendant “PEDRO LOPEZ, as Property Appraiser of Miami Dade
                         County Florida,” shall be changed to “PEDRO GARCIA, as Property Appraiser of Miami

                         Dade County Florida”.

                      2. The Clerk is directed to make the necessary changes to the party’s name in the case file
                         and on the docket.
