THIS MATTER came before the Court on pursuant to the Court’s order requiring Plaintiff to
appear for hearing on September 14, 2020 to show cause why the cause should not be dismissed for lack
for lack of prosecution. The Court, having been advised that the Plaintiff has filed three motions within
the sixty (60) days following the Court’s order, the Court having entered three orders on the Plaintiff’s
motion on August 26, 2020, and being otherwise fully advised in the premises, it is
ORDERED AND ADJUDGED that the Plaintiff has shown good cause why the case should not be
dismissed for lack of prosecution and the Order to appear on September 14, 2020 at is hereby declared
moot.
