Defendant has defaulted on the terms of the aforementioned Stipulation.
Since the settlement of the lawsuit, the Defendant made payments in the amount of
$0.00.
That there remains due and owing a principal balance on said stipulation of $9,114.48
and court costs in the amount of $420.00.
7. Plaintiff requests this court direct the issuance of a Final Judgment allowing
execution for the balance due and owing on said stipulation.
