THIS ACTION was heard on Plaintiff's Motion for Entry of a Writ of Possession based
upon the failure of the Defendants to file any paper as required by Jaw as to Count I, unlawful
dctainment, and the Court being fully advised in the premises, it 1s, therefore,
ORDERED and ADJUDGED that:
l. Plaintiff's motion for Entry of a Wnt of Possession is GRANTED.
2. Plaintiff is entitled to remove BILL G. STRATTON, JR. and NOLONDA J.
STROM, and all other tenants from possession of the property described as 594 N. Quincy Road,
Venice, FL 34293, and the Clerk of Court shall issue a writ of possession in favor of Plaintiff upon
application for the writ by Plainhff.
3, The Court reserves jurisdiction in this action to enter any further orders that are
proper and necessary including damages, attorney's fees and costs. \
