Request for Production, and the Court having been advised that the subject discovery was not
made, that no objections were served in response thereto, that no motion for protective order was
filed nor any protective order entered, and that the moving party has made an informal effort to
secure the requested discovery, without success, it is hereby:
ORDERED AND ADJUDGED:
The Plaintiff’s Ex-Parte Motion to Compel is hereby;
GRANTED. The Defendant shall have ten (10) days from the date of this
Order within which to provide the Plaintiff with responses to Plaintiff’s
