WILLIAM DAVID BAIN II! on July 24, 2020, in the County of Clay and the State of Florida, did did knowingly sell,
purchase, manufacture, deliver, bring into the state, or was knowingly in actual or constructive possession of 10 grams or
more of any mixture containing phenethylamines, contrary to the provisions of Section 893.135(1)(k)1, Florida Statutes.
COUNT 2
WILLIAM DAVID BAIN III on July 24, 2020, in the County of Clay and the State of Florida, did did knowingly sell,
purchase, manufacture, deliver, bring into the state, or was knowingly in actual or constructive possession of 7 grams or
more of any mixture containing lysergic acid diethylamide, contrary to the provisions of Section 893.135(1)(I)c, contrary to
the provisions of Section 893.1351(3), Florida Statutes.
COUNT 3
WILLIAM DAVID BAIN Ill on July 24, 2020, in the County of Clay and the State of Florida, did knowingly sell,
purchase, manufacture, deliver, or bring into the State, or was knowingly in actual or constructive possession of 10 grams
or more, but less than 200 grams of MDMA (Methylenedioxymethamphetamine) or a mixture containing MDMA
(Methylenedioxymethamphetamine) or salt, isomer, ester, or ether or salt of an isomer, ester or ether of MDMA
(Methylenedioxymethamphetamine), contrary to the provisions of Sections 893.135(1)(k)1a, 893.135(1)(k)2a and
893.03(1)(c)165, Florida Statutes.
COUNT 4
WILLIAM DAVID BAIN IIf on July 24, 2020, in the County of Clay and the State of Florida, did unlawfully and
knowingly be in actual or constructive possession of a controlled substance, named or described in Section 893.03(1)(c)7,
Florida Statutes, to-wit: more than twenty (20) grams of Cannabis, contrary to the provisions of Section 893.13(6)(a),
Florida Statutes.
COUNT 5
WILLIAM DAVID BAIN Ill on July 24, 2020, in the County of Clay and the State of Florida, did knowingly sell,
purchase, manufacture, deliver, bring into the State, or was knowingly in actual or constructive possession of 28 grams or
more of Cocaine or a mixture containing Cocaine, to-wit: 200 grams or more but less than 400 grams, contrary to the
provisions of Section 893.135(1)(b)1b, Florida Statutes.ie
