Plaintiff(s) by the undersigned Attorney, alleges:
1. The Plaintiff is a State-Chartered Credit Union, licensed to conduct business in New York, with a
principal place of business at 120 Factory Street , Watertown, County of Jefferson, State of NY.
2. Upon information and belief at all times hereinafter mentioned, the Defendant(s) is/are an individual(s),
with a residence at 47 E. Babcock St. Gouverneur, NY 13642.
3. That there is due and owing to the Plaintiff by the defendant(s), the sum of $1,793.71 plus interest at the
rate of 17.750% from April 30, 2020, by reason of Defendant's default in payment pursuant to the terms of a
Loan and Security Agreements and Disclosure Statement.
4. That although payment has been desi=ñded of the Defendant(s)by the Plaintiff, such has been ñeglected
and refused and/or denied, plaintiff has been damaged in the sum of ONE THOUSAND SEVEN
HUNDRED NINETY THREE AND 71/100 DOLLARS.
WHEREFORE, Plaintiff demands judgment against the Defendant(s), in the amount of ONE THOUSAND
SEVEN HUNDRED NINETY THREE AND 71/100 DOLLARS ($1,793.71) plus interest at the rate of
17.750% reasonable attorneys fees, if provided by contract and allowed by law together with the costs and
disbursements of this action, and whatever additional ef the Court deems just, proper and equitable.
