                  The Cami finds that the taking of blood. body fluid       or tissue samples for scientifically accepted parentage testing

         and examination by experts is required in the above numbered and entitled cause pursuant to Texas Family Code
         Chapter   160.
                  The Court ORDERS JUAN A1ANUEL SERRATO to bring a photo identification (e.g. a driver's license) and report

                  The Court APPOINTS DNA Diagnostic Center.             by its agents, as the expert to perform parentage testing and
         ORDERS said expert to identify the aforementioned persons and to obtain a sample of blood. body fluids or tissue from

         each sufficient for parentage testing in accordance with this order.       Said expert shall conduct such testing as is necessary
         to ascertain the possibility of the alleged father's paternity and to exclude at least 99% of the male population from the
         possibility of being the father of the said child.   The Court ORDERS the aforementioned persons to repmt and provide an
         additional sample of blood, body fluid or tissue if the expert deems additional samples necessary.
                  Upon completion of the parentage tests. DNA Diagnostic C~nter. shall          promptly report the results ofthc tests.
         and  its findings, conclusions, and opinions concerning whether JUAN MANUEL SERRA TO is the biological father of the
         child to Office of the Attorney General. CHILD SUPPORT OFFICE. 2001                BEACH ST STE 800.        FT WORTH. TX
         76103-2300.    The costs and expenses of the testing.     including the costs of any repmt, depositions or trial appearance by
         said expert shall be advanced by the Office of the Attorney General.         Such costs and expenses shall be taxed as costs in
         this proceeding, and adjudged as appropriate on final      hearing.
                  If any party is incarcerated in a criminal correction facility at the time they are to provide samples of blood, body
         fluid or tissue as required for parentage testing. the Court ORDERS that samples taken of the pa1ty incarcerated            by the
         appointed expert shall be obtained in the correction facility.     The Cou1t further ORDERS that the correction agency          shall
         allow access to the inmate by the court appointed expert.

                  The Court notifies all parties that refusal to submit to testing as ordered above may result in the adjudication of
         paternity by the Court at the above-scheduled hearing, and/or a finding of contempt.          pursuant to the Texas Family Code
         § 160.622.
