AGREED ORDER OF DISMISSAL
ON THIS DAY came on to be heard the Joint Motion to Dismiss With Prejudice submitted
by Plaintiff Keller Independent School District and Defendants Hahnfeld Associates, Architects
& Planners, Inc.; MYD-Structural Engineers, LLC; Steele & Freeman, Inc.; and Street Foundation
Drilling, Inc., seeking dismissal of all of Plaintiff and Defendants' claims and causes of action.
The Court, having considered the Joint Motion to Dismiss with Prejudice and all other matters
properly before it is of the opinion that the Motion should be granted.
IT IS, THEREFORE, ORDERED, ADJUDGED AND DECREED that the Joint Motion to
Dismiss with Prejudice is in all things granted.
IT IS FURTHER ORDERED, ADJUDGED AND DECREED that all of Plaintiffs and
Defendants' claims and causes of action and claims for relief in the above-entitled and numbered
matter are hereby dismissed with prejudice to the right to ever re-file same or any part thereof.
IT JS FURTHER ORDERED, ADJUDGED AND DECREED that all outstanding court
costs, attorneys' fees, and expenses associated with Plaintiffs and Defendants' claims for relief
and causes of action shall be paid by the party incurring same.
