1. This is an action originally arising out of the Texas Family Code, and the
documents filed in this case are not subject to the standards for sealing court records set forth in
rule 76a of the Texas Rules of Civil Procedure.
2 The sealing of the records in this action will not have an adverse effect on the
public health or safety, and the records do not involve matters that should be available to the
general public.
