1. Plaintiff's Summons and Complaint was returned as non-served.
2. Plaintiff's counsel has searched the Defendant using various skip-tracing methods and has
located a good address for service of process.
3. Plaintiff wishes the opportunity to serve the Defendant with a new Summons.
4. Plaintiff is requesting a one hundred twenty (120) day extension in order to perfect service
upon the Defendant.
5. This Motion is not being brought for purposes of delay.
6. Defendant would not be prejudiced by the granting of this Motion for Extension of time.
