amount claimed in the complaint is incorrect, you should file with the clerk of the court a motion to
have the court determine the amount to be paid..If you file a motion, you must attach to the motion any

COMPLAINT FOR EVICTION AND DAMAGES
Plaintiff, JIM MCARTHUR as TRUSTEE of TRUST 11365 sues Defendants CARL RIVERS
and TIFFANY FULLER and alleges:
COUNT I
1. This is an action to evict.a tenant from real property in PINELLAS County, Florida.
2. Plaintiff owns the following described real property in said County:
11365 WALSINGHAM ROAD, LARGO, FL 33778-2524
3. Defendants have possession of the property under an oral agreement to pay rent of
$1,450.00 payable monthly.
4. Defendants failed to pay the full amount of rent due on January 1, 2016.
5 Plaintiff served Defendants with a three (3) day notice on January 11, 2016. A copy of
the notice is attached as Exhibit "A":
6. Defendants failed to timely comply with the terms of the notice.
WHEREFORE, Plaintiff demands judgment for possession of the property against Defendants,
including costs and fees.COUNT I
7. This is an action for damages that do not exceed $16,000.
8. Plaintiff restates those allegations contained in paragraphs 1 through 6 above.
9. Defendants owe Plaintiff the sum of $1,450.00 that is due with interest since January 1,
2016.
WHEREFORE, Plaintiff demand judgment for damages against Defendants, including costs
and fees.
