Plaintiff (s) -vs- COMPLAINT Stephen J Podkowka Defendant (s) Plaintiff(s) by the undersigned Attorney, alleges: 1. The Plaintiff is a National Banking Association, licensed to conduct business in New York, with a principal place of business at 45-49 Court Street , Canton, County of St. Lawrence, State of NY. 2. Upon information and belief at all times hereinafter mentioned, the Defendant(s) is/are an individual(s), with a residence at 3412 East Rd PO Box 479 Port Leyden, NY 13433. 3. That there is due and owing to the Plaintiff by the Defendant(s), the principal sum of $7,769.40, plus accrued but unpaid interest as of February 14, 2018 in the sum of $507.94, accumulated late charges and miscellaneous fees of $15.00, plus interest at the rate of 6.483% from February 14, 2018 by reason of the default in the payment pursuant to the terms of a Consumer Loan Agreement - Closed-End Defendant(s) dated October 16, 2015. 4. That although payment has been demanded of the Defendant(s) by the Plaintiff, such has been neglected and refused and/or denied. Plaintiff has been damaged in the total amount of EIGHT THOUSAND TWO HUNDRED NINETY TWO AND 34/100 DOLLARS ($8,292.34) plus future interest on the principal balance from February 14, 2018.
