Plaintiff, CAVALRY SPV I,LLC , by itsattorneys, MANDARICH LAW GROUP, l.LP,
complaining of the Defendant, THOMAS HARTMANN, alleges the following;
1. Plaintiff is a foreign limitM liability company organized and existing by virtte of
the laws of Delaware, with a principal place of business located at 500 Summit Lake Drive, E uite
400, Valhalla, New York 10595.
2. Plaintiff is the assignee or purchaser of all rights and privileges of ce.tain
accounts, including this accòüñt, which originated with Synchrony Bank (hereinafter the
"Original Creditor"), which issued a consumer credit card account to the Defendant (orig inal
acccüñt number cñdiñg in XXXXXXXXXXXX8740), which is the subject of this action.
3. That upon information and belief, Defendant THOMAS HARTMANN, was and
is a natural person residing at 8 GROVE ST, CANTON, County of St. Lawrence, State of I!ew
York.

AS AND FOR A FIRST CAUSE OF ACTION
4. On or about 03/22/2017, Plaintiff purchased certain accounts that originated with
Original Creditor. Defendant is obligated on. one of those accounts, as more specifi :ally
described below.
5. The Defendant and Original Creditor entered into an agreement whereii the
Defendant received cash, merchandise, and/or credit on the cussumer credit card account it;ued
by the Original Creditor. See SCHEDULE A.
6. Defendant agreed to make paymcats for goods and services charged and/or :ash
advances made upon said consumer credit card account.
7. Defendant failed to make payments due pursuant to the agreement and $1,0£ 7.14
is now due and owing to the Plaintiff fTom Defendant.
8. Payment of the defaulted halance has been duly demanded and remains unpai .
9. Plaintiff has suffered damages in the amount of $1,067.14, together with the s osts
and disbursements herein.
WHEREFORE, Plaintiff, CAVALRY SPV 1, LLC , respectfully requests judgi sent
against the Defendant, THOMAS HARTMANN, as follows:
a. On its first cause of action, the sum of $1,067.14, together with interest f rom
the date of any jüdgment granted or ordered; and
b. All costs and disburseents of this action; and
