Defendant(s).
It is stipulated and agreed by and between the attorney for
plaintiff and the defendant(s)., that this action is settled with
the defendant(s), on the following terms and conditions:
1. The defendant(s), submits his/her person and the
subject matter of this action to the jurisdiction of this Court.
2. Defendant(s)acknowledges the indebtedness owed to the
plaintiff is $1,738.61, together with interest at 24.99% per
annum from November 29, 2017, together with the filing fee of .
$210.00, cost of service of process of $45.00, less payments of
$387.07 applied. The defendant shall pay plaintiff's attorney,
at the address designated below as follows:

Commencing on January 5, 2018 and the day the
month thereafter the defendant shall pay $100.00 per month until
the entire remaining indebtedness, continuing accrued interest
at 24.99% per annum, the filing fee of $210.00 and the cost of
service of $45.00 is paid in full.
3. All payments are to be made to Robert B. Gitlin, Esq.
and must be received by said dates; the failure to receive any
payment by its due date or the return of checks for insufficient
funds shall constitute default under this Stipulation.

4. Upon payment by defendant(s), per in accordance with
the terms of this stipulation, except for the filing fee and the
cost of service, defendant(s) shall not be responsible for
attorney fees.
5. Upon default by defendant(s), plaintiff may proceed
with the entry of judgment without further notice for the full
amount herein sued for, together with attorney fees , interest,
costs and disbursements, crediting the defendant(s) however with
payments made hereunder, if any.
