Mark Grisanti, J.S.C. for oral argument; itishereby ORDERED, that Petitioner's application to serve a late Notice of Claim on the Respondents pursuant to General Municipal Law §50(e) is GRANTED, consistent with the Court's Decision, a copy of which isattached hereto as Exhibit A.
