1. I am the wife of Leo R. Sucharski, who died on March 9, 2014, when he
was caused to slip and fall in the parking lot of his employer, which was maintained
by the defendants at the time of his death; as such, I am fully familiar with the facts
and circumstances of this action.
2. I have reviewed my son, Michael's, petition requesting how this Court
allocate and distribute the net settlement proceeds of this lawsuit.
3. I approve the proposed allocation and distribution and join in the
request for this Court's approval.
