discontiñües this action as against defendant Harbor Medical Group PC. only. This action is
continued agaiñst all remaining defendants.
3. Defendant Harbor Medical Group PC discontinues without prejudice all present
claims, including moñêtary or otherwise, as against Plaintiff Liberty Muta-J Insurance Company
