pleadings and other papers in this action, it is:
ORDERED, that Plaintiff Financial Guaranty Insurance Company (“FGIC”) appear and
show cause before this Court IAS Part 3, at the New York County Courthouse located at 60
Centre Street, Courtroom 442, New York, New York, on the __ day of » 2011 at
9:30 o’clock in the moming, or as scon after that as counsel can be heard, why an Order,
pursuant to Section 3108 of the CPLR, should not be entered granting the issuance of a
Commission to the District Court of Iowa, Fifth Judicial District, for a subpoena ad testificandum
and duces tecum to allow defendants Countrywide Home Loans, Inc., Countrywide Securities
