Plaintiff's Motion for Emergency Order to Show Cause 1s denied; 2. Kirk Pinkerton, P.A.’s Motion to Enlarge Time ts granted; 3, Kirk Pinkerton, P.A.’s Motion for Stay Pending Review is dismissed as moot; 4, Kirk Pinkerton, P.A. is ordered to deposit all funds remaining in escrow under the Contract to Senker into the Registry of the Court no later than noon EST, September > 19, 2008; 2 O se @2 in <=> “TY CoRR —2~ = <7 LO oy eS Ss o7 S i | JM S !wa\ CC: Appellate Procedure 9.310(b)(1) for a total of $307,458.73 plus twice the statutory rate of interest (11%) on or before September 29, 2008; 6. Snavely Siesta Associates, LLC shall include in its cash bond an amount sufficient to cover prejudgment interest as well as Senker’s attorney’s fees and costs plus twice the statutory rate of interest (11%) on these additional sums in an amount to be determined either by agreement of the parties or by further order of this Court.
