_ Just wanted to let you know that we received your check today for the second deposit on your
residence at Summer Cove on Siesta. Thank you for being so efficient.
The process is moving along nicely, with the construction team having established a fully functional
office onsite, meeting with subcontractors and waiting expectantly for the county to release the
construction permit. We expect that to happen by the end of this month and then construction can
begin. In the meantime, the sales office has been “designed” and we wait anxiously for our carpet
and furnishings to arrive. Even so, we have written 2 new contracts since you made your decision to
join us!
