OF DEFICIENCY

COMES NOW the Plaintiff, SEACOAST NATIONAL BANK f/k/a FIRST NATIONAL
BANK AND TRUST COMPANY OF THE TREASURE COAST, and hereby moves the Court
to enter a Final Summary Judgment of Deficiency in this cause and as grounds therefore would
state as follows:

1. On the 21" day of June, 2011, the Court entered a Final Judgment of Foreclosure
in favor of Plaintiff against Defendants pursuant to that certain Mortgage held by
Plaintiff against real property described as follows:
