COMES NOW the Plaintiff, Seacoast National Bank, by and through its undersigned
counsel, and states that a Final Judgment was entered by the Court on December 29, 2014 against
the Defendant. Kevin Foster, in the amount of $101,412.66. Since that date, Plaintiff has collected
the amount of $0.00 from the Defendant. As a result, Defendant, Kevin Foster, remains indebted
to Plaintiff in the amount of $101,412.66, plus post judgment interest and costs.
Movant does not believe the Defendant, Kevin Foster, has in their possession visible
