thereafter as counsel can be heard, for an Order granting summary judgment pursuant to CPLR §
3212 dismissing Plaintiffs Complaint as against Defendant HOUSING PARTNERSHIP

by Defendants in this matter, together with such other and further relief as this Court rnay deem
