PLEASE TAKE NOTICE, that Cross-Claimant-Defendant West New York Restoration
of CT, Inc., by and through its attorneys, Stradley Ronon Stevens & Young, LLP, hereby
demands that Plaintiff Yvette McClamb, within thirty days of the date of service of service

of this demand, produce the following:
Pursuant to Romano v. Steelease, 30 Misc. 3d 426, 407 N.Y.S.2d 650, authorizations
permitting access to and/or release of all of Plaintiff's social networking accounts including, but
not limited to Facebook, Instagram, Myspace and Twitter for any and all current and historical
pages, accounts, postings, and alldeleted pages/postings. Should Plaintiff not subscribe to any
social networking online sites, provide an affidavit attesting to same. Any and all authorizations
should include information specific to the host's site to enable the host to identify Plaintiff's
account, including but not limited to, Facebook, Instagram, Myspace and Twitter for any and all
current and historical pages, accounts, postings, and all delated pages/postings. Should Plaintiff
