The Court finds that nothing in the granting ofthis order prohibits the Petitioner, DFPS, from using the same admissions made in the course of participation in services in any hearing or trial as evidence in this current suit, Cause no. 19-2377—D, In the Interest of J.S., a child. The Court further finds that nothing in the granting ofthis order prohibits the JENNY ANDERSON from being prosecuted for admissions of other crimes or from being prosecuted for any crime that occurred outside of Smith County, Texas. The Court further finds that nothing in the granting ofthis order prohibits the State from prosecuting JENNY ANDERSON for any crime committed for the events surrounding the drug exposure ofthe child, but only from using admissions regarding drug use made during the course 0f JENNY ANDERSON’S participation in court-ordered services with DFPS service providers for the above listed services.
