                           Upon the annexed Affirmation of Angel A. Castro, III, Esq., dated the 30th of January,

                  2020, and upon all prior pleading and proceedings heretofore had herein,

                           LET the City of New York, the New York City Law Department, Office of Corporation

                  Counsel,    SHOW CAUSE before this Court on the                day of                     , 2020, at

                  in the forenoon of that day, or as soon thereafter as Counsel can be heard, at the Supreme Court,

                  New York County, Courthouse, Motion Support Part, Room 130, 60 Centre Street, New York,

                  NY 10007 why an Order should not be made to produce the plaintiff MARQUISE WILLIAMS

                  [DIN 17A2297] at a video conferencing room at Elmira Correctional Facility and compelling

                  attorneys for Corporation Counsel of the City of New York to appear at a New York City

                  reporting office video conference facility for the purposes of taking the plaintiff’s examination

                  pursuant to CPLR 3113 on a date certain fixed by this Court, and for so long thereafter as his
                  hearing continues, together with such other and further relief as to this Court may seem just and

                  proper.

                           SUFFICIENT CAUSE APPEARING HEREIN, it is hereby

                           ORDERED that service of a copy of this Order to Show Cause by regular Mail upon the

                  New    York   City  upon   the  Office   of the  Corporation     Counsel    at 100   Church   Street,  New    York,
