foregoing notice;
(4) no stay has been issued or approved by the Court; and
(5) no party has shown good cause why this action should remain pending. Accordingly, it is
hereby
ORDERED AND ADJUDGED that this action is dismissed for lack of prosecution.
The Clerk of Circuit Court is hereby directed to close this file and remove it from the pending
