Woodward-Clyde & Associates (1985) 38 Cal.3d 488, and was in good faith within the meaning of Code of Civil Procedure §877, §877.6, and Cal. Rules of Court 3.1382; (2) any and allpending and future claims by alleged tortfeasors or co-obli gors against CADILLAC PLASTERING for equitable indemnity, equitable comparative contribution, or partial or comparative indemnity, based on comparative negligence or comparative fault, are barred pursuant to Tech-Bilt, Inc. v.
