accordance with Rule 11 of the Texas Rules of Civil Procedure. As evidenced by their
attorneys’ signatures below, Petitioner and Respondent agree to the following temporary orders:
1 Gail Hallum is currently in possession of a check number 1337 in the amount of
$1,500.00 from the sale of the pool table.
2. The check shall be deposited into Gail Hallum’s personal checking account and Gail
Hallum will forward 50% of the funds ($750.00) to Respondent’s attorney, William
Pruett, within ten days (10) of funds clearing the bank.
