Each party may have no more than 6 hours in total to depose parties on the opposing side, experts designated by those parties, and person subject to those parties'control. If one side designatesmore than two experts, the opposing side may have an additional six hours of total deposition time for each additional expert designated. Each party may serve on any other party no more than 25 written interrogatories, excluding interrogatories asking a party only to identify or authenticate specific documents. Each discrete subpart of an interrogatory is considered a separate interrogatory. Counsel may by agreement continue discovery beyond this deadline; such continued discovery, however, will not delay the trialdate. Counsel may not increase the hours of deposition or numbers of interrogatories without permission of the court. VIDEO DEPOSITION EVIDENCE: Any party taking video depositions will so inform the court of their intent to use such depositions at trial by this date. 2. 10119/2020 LOCAL RULES: Each party is expected to comply with the requirements of Local Ruic 4.05(2). Failure to fully comply may result in sanctions being levied by the Court. NIA SOCIAL STUDY/EXPERTS: Requests for social studies and court appointed experts shall be filed by this date. Payment of social study fees shall be requiredwithin IO days of request unless otherwise ordered. Social Study will not begin until all fees arc paid. NIA CLASSES: Each party shall complete The Parenting Center's "Co-Parenting Essentials" and "Kids First" programs (817-332-6348) and file a true and correct copy of their certificates with the Court by this date. 6. 12102/2019 INVENTORY & APPRAISEMENT: Inventory & Appraiscmcnt shall be filed by this date. Counsel may by agreement continue discovery beyond this deadline; such continued discovery, however, will not delay the trial date. 7. 09/2812020 AMENDMENTS: Amendments to pleadings shall be filed bythis date. Opposing party's amended pleadings shall be filed within ten (10) days following receipt of an amended pleading. 8. 10119/2020 WITNESSES: Witness lists shall be provided to the Court with an extra copy for the Court Reporter, by delivering same to the Court Reporter.Failure to provide witness lists may result in sanctions being levied by the Court; however, failure to provide witness lists docs not entitle the opposing side to object to the testimony of said witnesses during trial absent a proper discovery request propounded by the opposing side. Ifthc case is called otT of the stand-by docket, witness lists will be due no later than 12:00 noon the day before trial. 9. 10112/2020 PRE-MARKED EXHIBITS: Parties pre-marking their exhibits shall provide an exlu'bit list to the Court Reporter by this date, by delivering same to the Court Reporter. All exhibits to be introduced at trial shall be pre-marked on or before this date. Each party or attorney is responsible for pre-marking their exhibits or meeting with the Court Reporter for pre-marking of exhibits on or before this date. Failure to pre-mark exhibits and provide an exhibit list to the Court Reporter may result in sanctions being levied by the Court; however, failure to pre-mark exhibits or provide exhibit lists docs not entitle the oooosing side to object Non-Jury Scheduling Order (8/2015) Pagel to the admission of such exhibit during trial absent a proper discovery request propounded by the opposing side.
