This Motion for Withdrawal of Counsel is brought by Jessica Hall Janicek and
Drew Williamson of KoonsFuller PC, who is attorneys of record for Gail Hallum.
Jessica Hall Janicek and Drew Williamson request the Court to grant them
permission to withdraw as attorneys for Gail Hallum in this case. In support, Jessica
Hall Janicek and Drew Williamson show:
Good cause exists for withdrawal of Jessica Hall Janicek and Drew
Williamson as counsel, in that Gail Hallum wishes to retain new counsel.
A copy of this motion has been delivered to Gail Hallum, who is hereby
notified in writing of her right to object to this motion. Gail Hallum has consented
to the motion as evidenced by her signature on this motion. The last known address
of Gail Hallum is 6908 Tumbling Trail, Fort Worth, Texas, 76116.
There are no pending settings or deadlines, including discovery deadlines, in
this case.
