PROTECTIVE ORDER FOR NON-PARTY WITNESS NORA PATTERSON

 

THIS MATTER came before the Court on Non-Party Witness Nora Patterson’s Second
Amended Motion in Limine for Protective Order. After reviewing the motion and conducting a
hearing on February 25, 2105, the Court finds as follows:

1. Nora Patterson was a County Commissioner between the years of 1998-2014.

2. In July 2014, Patterson and her husband scheduled a trip for Panama and Costa Rica
sponsored by the Duke University Alumni Association, departing from Tampa, Florida, on
Tuesday, March 3, 2015, at 6:45 a.m., and returning on Saturday, March 14, 2015.

3. In October 2014, Patterson and her husband made and paid for airline reservations for
