ORDER OF REFERRAL TO MEDIATION

THIS CAUSE is referred to mediation in accordance with the mediation rules of the
Florida Rules of Civil Procedure, and the Court’s order dated 15 August 2016, granting
Defendants SDC Communities, Inc. and Henry Rodriguez’s Motion for Attorney’s Fees and

Costs. Accordingly, it is,

ORDERED AND ADJUDGED:
1. Appointment of Mediator. Plaintiff and Defendants SDC Communities, Inc.

and Henry Rodriguez, are required to participate in mediation and shall file a written stipulation
naming a mediator within fifteen (15) days of the date herein.

2. Scheduling. Plaintiffs counsel shall coordinate the mediation conference.
