| was summoned for a credit card debt that I was in the process of paying and my payment
access was removed, | made a number of attempts to gain back access, and was denied. | also requested
the card to be shut off to prevent interest gain, and was denied. Due to a death, | fell into a major
Hardship. | notified Capitol One for the reasons | fell behind on my payments but I never stopped the
payments completely until my payment access was removed from my app. | have another account with
Capitol One with my Auto that | continue to make payments on. My hardship left me out of
employment, single parent and | am still trying to gain control of my situation. | have tried few times to
make a payment arrangement but if it wasn’t the total amount, it wasn’t accepted.
