COMES NOW, the Plaintiff, by and through its undersigned attorneys, pursuant to F.S. §77.03,

 

and moves this Court for the issuance of a Writ of Garnishment after Judgment as to Garnishee
JPMORGAN CHASE BANK, NATIONAL ASSOCIATION and as grounds therefore would show
unto this Court that:

1. On 08/19/2014, the Plaintiff obtained a Judgment against the Defendant(s) GARY S
GOTTESMAN. See attached.

2. There remains due and unpaid on said Judgment the sum of $9093.49, plus costs.

3. Plaintiff does not believe that Defendant has in its possession visible property upon which levy
can be made sufficient to satisfy the Judgment.
