The undersigned, being duly sworn, makes the following oath:
LL Ynehio® Pyro ont, am over 18 years old and competent to make this

affidavit. 1 am a Custodian of Records and an authorized Officer of Plaintiff, SunTrust Bank, for
purposes of this affidavit. I am duly authorized to make this affidavit, and because of the scope of
my job tesponsibilities as an Officer of the Plaintiff, I am familiar with the manner and method by
which SunTrust Bank maintains its normal business books and records, including computer records
of defaulted accounts.
2. These books and records are made in the course of regularly conducted business

activity at or near the time the events they purport to describe occurred, by a person with knowledge
of the acts and events and it was the regular practice of that business activity to make such books
and records. The contents of this affidavit are believed to be true and correct based upon my

personal knowledge of the processes by which SunTrust Bank maintains its business books and
records,3, The books and records of SunTrust Bank show that Defendant(s) is/are currently indebted
to SunTrust Bank on account number ***###44#4+#*3026 for the just and true sum of $10,684.28,
plus pre-judgment interest totaling $2,354.79, which was calculated from July 21, 2010 at the rate
of 7.75% through May 24, 2013, and that all just and lawful offsets, payments, and credits have

been allowed. FURTHER AFFIANT SAYETH NAUG
