NOW COMES Defendant, SARASOTA COUNTY, by and through the undersigned
attorney, and hereby files this Answer to Plaintiffs Mortgage Foreclosure Complaint as follows:
1. Defendant, SARASOTA COUNTY, is without knowledge as to the allegations contained
in paragraphs 1 through 13 and 15 through 20 of Plaintiffs Mortgage Foreclosure Complaint and
therefore denies same.
