April 18, 2019, originally filed in Harris County, Cause No. 2018-77104;
b. Purdue Pharma, L.P., Purdue Pharma Inc., and The Purdue Frederick Company’s
Original Answer to Plaintiff’s Original Petition, filed on April 13, 2018, originally filed
in Delta County, Cause No. 11125 (included as Exhibit C to the Motion).
The Severed Action will remain active, although subject to the bankruptcy stay to the extent that
