Andrea A. Nguyen appeared for the Petitioner, GREG MARTIN GALLI, and no one appeared 21 in opposition to the Petition. The Court, after hearing the petition, and reviewing the file and the 22 evidence in this matter, finds as follows: 23 Petitioner, GREG MARTIN GALLI, alleges as follows: 24 lof Trust dated July 1. LILLIAN GALLI executed the Declaration 17, 2000, as amended 25 1 on April 2, 2004, that created the LILLIAN GALLI 2000 TRUST, (hereafter “Trust”). 26 . 2. GREG MARTIN GALLI is the successor Trustee of the Trust. _ 27 3. The principal place of business of the Trust is located in San Mateo County, 28 California. -1- EX PARTE ORDER THAT ASSETS HELD IN DECEDENT’ S NAME CONSTITUTE TRUST ASSETS 4. At the time of her death, LILLIAN GALLI owned the following assets: a. An undivided 52.20% interest in the real property located in the City of Burlingame, County of San Mateo, State of California, commonly known as 2321 Ray Drive, Burlingame, CA 94010, and more particularly described as follows: LOT 20, BLOCK 19, AS DESIGNATED ON THE MAP ENTITLED, "RAY PARK BURLINGAME CALIFORNIA", WHICH MAP WAS FILED IN THE OFFICE OF THE RECORDER OF THE COUNTY OF SAN MATEO, STATE OF CALIFORNIA, ON APRIL 16, 1941, IN BOOK 23 OF MAPS, AT PAGES 45, 46, 47, AND 48. APN: 025—182—380. 10 5. At the time of her death, LILLIAN GALLI intended that the above described assets 11 should be assets of her trust estate. .12 6. All persons having an interest in the trust have waived notice and consented to the 13 relief requested in the Petition on an ex parte basis. 14 IT IS THEREFORE ORDERED AND ADJUDGED AS FOLLOWS: 15 I. That title to the following asset, currently held under the name of LILLIAN GALLI, 16 does not belong to the decedent’s estate, but belongs to the Trust and is actually held by GREG 17 MARTIN GALLI, as successor trustee of the LILLIAN GALL12000 TRUST: 18 a.
