               Tentative ruling adopted with a date change from 10/18/19 to 10/16/19 and becomes order:

               TENTATIVE RULING:

               Defendant and Cross-Complainant Solomon Sha's Motion for Default Judgment Against Cross-
               Defendants Sweet Production, Inc., a California Corporation; Sweet Express; Ming Chin; and Doreen Chin
               is DENIED.   The Motion is procedurally improper.       A "prove-up" court trial is required under Code of Civil
               Procedure section 585(b).     The Cross-Complaint is therefore set for a "prove-up" court trial on October
               16, 2019, at 9:00 a.m. in the Master Calendar Department. Defendant and Cross-Complainant Solomon
               Sha is to provide notice.
