I, RAFAEL R. PACQUING, declare:
1. lam an attomey for Petitioner XIAOHUA DING (“Petitioner”) in the above-titled action. I
have personal knowledge of the contents of this declaration and I could and would completely and
competently testify thereto if called to do so.
2. Pursuant to the Court’s oral instructions and requests for additional evidence at the prior
hearing on this matter held on May 6, 2009, I am submitting the following exhibits in support of
Petitioner’s Spousal Property Petition. The exhibits relate to the sale of the property of Petitioner
and her spouse, Decedent XUN LIU (“Decedent”) located at 2340 28th Avenue, San Francisco, CA
94116 (the “Property”.
3. Attached to this Declaration as EXHIBIT A is a true and correct copy of a property profile

ownership of the Property by Decedent as of February 14, 2002, and a purchase price of the Property
of $585,000.00.
4. Attached to this Declaration as EXHIBIT B is a true and correct copy of a Notice of
Supplemental Assessment from the San Francisco County Assessor/Recorder Office, dated
December 13, 2002, Exhibit B shows ownership of the Property by Decedent and an assessed value
of the Property of $585,000.00 for 2002. OS
5. Attached to this Declaration as EXHIBIT C is a true and correct copy of the Seller’s Final
Closing Statement, dated June 12, 2007.- Exhibit C shows Decedent and Petitioner as sellers of the
Property, a final sale price for the Property of $720,000.00, and net proceeds from the sale of the
Property of $341,292.56.
