Association, Inc. (the "Association"), and has personal knowledge of the facts set forth below.
2. The Association primarily collects revenue by making regular and special
assessments against the owners of the property who are members of the Association ("Property
Owners").
3. The Association maintains business records to reflect the assessments and other
amounts (such as late fees, interest, and legal fees and expenses) owed and paid by Property
Owners (the "Association Records").
4. The affiant generally supervises the manner in which the Association maintains the
Association Records.
5. The Association maintains the Association Records in the ordinary course of its
** FILED; BROWARD COUNTY, FL HOWARD FORMAN, CLERK 8/25/2014 11:19:47 AM.**#*business. Entries are made to the Association Records at or near the time of the transactions
reflected in such records. Such entries are made by, or based upon information obtained from,
persons with knowledge of such transactions. Such entries are made in the ordinary course of
business of the Association.
6. The Association organizes the Association Records primarily by property address
because of the frequency with which property titles are transferred.
7. That the Defendantunit owner(s) is/are indebted or will be indebted to the Plaintiff for
additional maintenance and late fees from the last month of maintenance awarded in the Final
Judgment of Foreclosure dated February 20, 2014 through the date of the scheduled sale in the
following amounts:
