Plaintiff moves to cancel and reschedule the Mortgage Foreclosure Sale because:
1. A Final Judgment of Mortgage Foreclosure was entered in favor of Plaintiff by this Court on
November 14, 2013, scheduling the Foreclosure Sale for February 12, 2014.

____. Defendant is negotiating for the sale of the property that is the subject matter and
Plaintiff wants to allow the Defendant an opportunity to sell the property and pay off the
debt that is due and owing to Plaintiff.
___. Defendant has entered into a contract to sell the property that is the subject of this
matter an Plaintiff wants to give the Defendant an opportunity to consummate the sale and
pay off the debt that is due and owing the Plaintiff.
____ Defendant has filed a Chapter ____ Petition under the Federal Bankruptcy Code.
___ Plaintiff has ordered but has not received a statement of value/appraisal for the
property.
____ Plaintiff and Defendant have entered into Forbearance Agreement;
_X_ Other Pursuant to the terms agreed upon prior to the entry of the Final Judgment
entered on November 14, 2013, Plaintiff agreed to request a Sale Date of one-hundred and
twenty (120) days to or after March 14, 2014 from the date of Judgment. Plaintiff herby
respectfully requests that this Honorable Court grant Plaintiff's Motion to Cancel the
February 12, 2014 Forecl.
3. If this Court cancels the foreclosure sale, Plaintiff moves that it be rescheduled.
