That on April 7, 2014 and pursuant to the Order granting the Defendants Emergency Motion to Cancel Foreclosure Sale; the April 8, 2014 sale was cancelled and reset for July 8, 2014. 4, The July 8, 2014 Foreclosure Sale needs to be canceled for the following reason(s): a. _X_ Plaintiff and Defendant are continuing to be involved in loss mitigation. b. Defendant is negotiating for the sale of the property that is the subject matter and Plaintiff wants to allow the Defendant an opportunity to sell the property and pay off the debt that is due and owing to Plaintiff. c. Defendant has entered into a contract to sell the property that is the subject of this matter an Plaintiff wants to give the Defendant an opportunity to consummate the sale and pay off the debt that is due and owing the Plaintiff. d. ____ Defendant has filed a Chapter ____ Petition under the Federal Bankruptcy Code. e. ___ Plaintiff has ordered but has not received a statement of value/appraisal for the property. f. ___ Plaintiff and Defendant have entered into Forbearance Agreement; —— Other 5.
