CANCEL FORECLOSURE SALE AND RELEASE ORIGINAL DOCUMENTS
COMES NOW, Plaintiff NATIONSTAR MORTGAGE LLC, by and through its undersigned counsel, and
moves this Court to Dissolve Lis Pendens, Dismiss Complaint, Vacate Final Judgment entered November 14,
2013, Cancel Foreclosure Sale set for October 7, 2014 and Release Original Documents and as grounds thereof
would state as follows:
1. Defendant has entered a Loan Modification with the Plaintiff for the subject property in this
foreclosure action.
2. Pursuant to Fla. Civ. Rules of Procedure 1.540(b)(5), the Court has jurisdiction to vacate said
Final Judgment, Foreclosure Sale and Release Original Documents, as the underlying debt has
been released and said Motion is within a reasonable time.
WHEREFORE, Plaintiff, NATIONSTAR MORTGAGE LLC, respectfully requests that this Court enter an
Ordr to Dissolve Lis Pendens, Dismiss Complaint, Vacate Final Judgment entered November 14, 2013, Cancel
Foreclosure Sale set for October 7, 2014 and Release Original Documents.
