MOTION TO CANCEL AND RESCHEDULE FORECLOSURE SALE

Plaintiff, NATIONSTAR MORTGAGE LLC files this, its Motion to Cancel and Reschedule Foreclosure
Sale, and as grounds therefore states as follows:

1 This Court has scheduled a foreclosure sale on February 18, 2014.

2. Plaintiff continues to review all loss mitigation options that may be available to resolve the instant
foreclosure without proceeding to foreclosure sale.

3. Plaintiff is entitled to proceed to foreclosure sale and the sale shall be scheduled not less than 20
days or more than 35 days from the date of entry of the order. See Section 45.031, Fla. St. (1999).
