COMES NOW, the Plaintiff, BAY VIEW LOAN SERVICING LLC, by and through
its undersigned attorneys, pursuant to Fla.R.Civ.P. 1.190(a), and files this Motion to
Amend Complaint in the above-referenced matter on the following grounds:
1. Plaintiff filed its Complaint in this cause on or about 11/08/2012
2. Subsequent review of the title report has determined that additional parties need to
be added and parties dropped to this action in order to properly foreclose on all the
interested parties in this matter.

The additional parties are as follows CITY OF CORAL SPRINGS and dropping
Defendant Unknown Tenant/Occupants without prejudice.
4 No prejudice will result from the granting of this Motion.
